Team Policies

Our Team Covers listing riders after an agent joins our team and does 3 listings with us. After the 3rd listing closes, TK will order the listing rider. If you want to order them sooner - we can have the template made for you and you can purchase them. In the event you do not purchase them - TK will have his rider on and forward all sign calls to the listing agent.

Our team has an account with Tammy Brice Creative - a fantastic photographer. She does our team photos. After either the first deal is turned in, or you are on the team for a month with no probationary items, you will schedule them and team will cover expense. If you do not want to wait and would like to purchase the package, connect with Amelia for the schedule and bookings. 

Our team Loves open houses - they are by far the best lead generation. Our team offers a credit of $200 towards ordering your own open house signs. Please see marketing department for the design - show TK receipt of purchase for the $200 reimbursement.
