FUB is the foundation of your tech stack within the team. You can run a highly effective business just using FUB at a high level. Think of this as your digital personal assistant!

Sisu
This is the best tracker money can buy. This will auto collect information from FUB as well as allow you to manual track things on your own. We keep track of calls, conversations, appts set, appts met, offers written, deals converted, and goals with a pacer built in as well.

Homebot
Homebot is now built in to FUB through Ylopo our website manager. To add more people send a DM To TK. Every client that is opted in, you will get notifications in FUB.
Printed Agent
Each member of the Team gets their own Printed Agent account. This will populate listings off MLS as well as allow you to create farming campaigns and other printed material with templates ready for use.
Marketview
Broker
The top tier recruiting platform. This shows agents production, what percentage of business is buyers & Listings, and anything pertaining to production. This is skilled recruiting.

Slack
The communication thread for team material. This is where we have ongoing communication pertaining to team, education, business, and growth. Make sure to keep notifications on!
My EXP
The My EXP App is where all the valuable info pertaining to what EXP has to offer. This has your rev share dashboard, upline partners, and links to all exp resources.
Premier Agent
This is where our Zillow leads flow. The live connection leads will come directly from the Premier agent app and log the zillow info there. This will give you all the data for the customer and will transfer the info to FUB. Make sure to keep the status here updated. The communications you log in PA app do not transfer to FUB. Make sure to use FUB phone to communicate.
Opcity
We have our own team Broker opcity account that goes off our teams stats only. This is very helpful and will produce many more opportunities. Get an invite through onboarding with TK.
GSuite
Every team members gets a full GSuite account. This comes with google docs, sheets, presentations, forms, and all the platforms that come with the GSuite features.
