Policies
Lockbox policy
We have lockboxes for you in the office. They are available and all require the code:0518

It is expected that you drop off and pick up and return lockboxes to the office after the listings close.
Signage
We provide the TK Homes Team panels on all listings.
Every Team member has the ability to purchase a rider with name, face, and info of theirs on it. After 3 listings with the team, staff will purchase your rider for you. If you want sooner then we will pass along template for you to order and purchase for yourself.
Photography
We currently use Stainless Photography. They do all photos for us and have the capacity for drone, 3d, and basically everything under the sun. The team will cover the photo package. If you want to add additional features then the team will cover the expense up front and collect the difference at closing in the form of a split.

Advertsing
We boost all listings that go live. Tune in to the listing calendar for more timing details. we boost for 2 week increments until an offer is accepted.
Showingtime
Make sure to put the showingtime notes, any necessary rules that your seller needs, as well as the correct code and lockbox location for each listing.
